Bridge House (Ty Pont)

Bridge House was built in 1958-59 and appears larger than it really is because of its tapering walls. Bridge House was renovated in 1989. This is the side towards the main carpark and away from the village center.

This is the side of Bridge House towards the village center. Stepping out from under this archway is a breath-taking experience for all firstcomers to Portmeirion, for it is at this spot that you get your first glimpse of the entire complex.
