The licensed Terrace Self-Service Restaurant was built in 1978 and is open from 10:00am to 5:00pm daily. It has an outside terrace for lunch on sunny days. It is located next to Hercules Hall and opposite from the Bookshop. They serve tea and snacks all day and a hot lunch cafeteria-style starting at noon. |

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the elegant Hotel Portmeirion restaurant. Non-residents may have lunch and dinner in the hotel, subject to availability. Reservations are usually a good idea, especially for Saturday evenings and the Sunday lunch carvery, which are each quite popular. |
