The Telephone Stand (local calls only) seen in the episode "Arrival", was located in front of the Triumphal Arch, in the Salutation Car Park. After the first episode, the telephone stands moved around and took different forms. There is also a scene in the episode "Checkmate" where Rover comes bouncing through the Arch. |
